From Family Need to Community Service
The story of Avid Care Cottages begins with a family's search for the right care for their own loved one. Like so many families in Houston, we found ourselves touring facility after facility, looking for a place that would provide excellent care without sacrificing the warmth and comfort of home.
That search led us to create something different. Instead of building large institutional facilities, we chose to establish small, cottage-style communities in the neighborhoods where Houston families have lived for generations.
Today, our three communities in North Houston, Champions, and Conroe serve families throughout the greater Houston area. Each location maintains the residential character that makes it special while providing the comprehensive services that families need.
